Booking a discovery call
When you book a discovery call, you authorize us to receive your booking details from Cal.com and to send you a branded confirmation email via Resend. Booking a call does not create a client relationship; it creates an appointment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or
related systems.
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to extract content beyond what is

Pricing displayed on the site is the standard published rate and is subject to change. Discount programs are described where applicable; eligibility and verification are determined by Axius.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Avant Garde LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the site.
For clients in active engagements, the limitation of liability applicable to the relationship is the limitation set out in the executed MSA, which supersedes this section for that relationship.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes
We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
