Who we are

Axius.tech ("Axius", "we", "us") is operated by Dream Avant Garde LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Contact: Contactaxius.tech@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and respond to inquiries.

Information you give us directly:

  • When you book a discovery call through Cal.com, the form fields you

complete: name, email, company, and a short open-text response.

  • When you email us, the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically:

  • We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless). Plausible

collects aggregated page-view counts, referrer URL, country (from IP, then discarded), device type, and screen size. No cookies are set, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers stored.

  • Standard server logs (timestamp, IP, user-agent) are retained for up to

30 days for security and operational diagnostics.

What we do with it

  • Discovery call submissions are passed to Cal.com (the scheduling

service) and then to Resend (the email provider) so we can send you a branded confirmation email. We retain these submissions in our records for business continuity for as long as you remain a prospect or active client.

  • Email correspondence is retained in Google Workspace (our mail

provider) per our standard mailbox retention.

  • Aggregate analytics data is used only to understand which parts of

the site are useful and which are not. It is never combined with personal identifiers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
